Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tenspade.com with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
